Massage Therapy
Adding Massage Therapy to your health and wellness routine is no longer considered a luxury. For many, it is necessary. Massage therapy is systemically and strategically manipulating the soft tissues of the body to produce a relaxed state, as well as alleviating things like pain, discomfort, anxiety, and fatigue. Though you can learn a few self-practice moves to help alleviate discomfort, Massage Therapy should be scheduled with a professional who holds a license.
At MYB’s 94th Street studio on Lexington Avenue, we have a treatment and a Massage Therapist we recommend. Appointments are scheduled between you and the therapist and we are happy to share her information with you! Please reach out to us for her number. From time to time, we may have more than one recommendation and if there is a therapist that you like to work with and simply need a space, we do rent the space out to you and your therapist.
