Teacher Trainer for Deborah Lessen Pilates, LLC

​Gail demonstrates for Deborah Lessen frequently both in studio and virtually at workshops and trainings hosted by Deborah. Gail was recently in Seoul, Korea at ArtPilates, LLC, as an ambassador for Deborah Lessen Pilates. The studio prides itself on training through DLP and believes the work distinguishes their studio in a positive way from others. The eight day training consisted of Pilates mat practice every day, Trapeze table, Reformer, Alignment and the DLP High Back Chair and Low Chair. Gail was astounded and proud to see the work of her mentor being shared and taught at this studio and she looks forward to future visits.
