Alexa Bender, Pilates Instructor

Alexa thrives on the notion that no two bodies are alike, and is excited by the challenge of finding new ways to guide clients toward a deeper practice that is tailored to their specific needs. She enjoys educating her clients on the benefits and reasons for the exercises she is teaching in a class, so they can feel empowered and motivated in their practice. Alexa knows the importance of balancing strength with flexibility in order to keep the body healthy and safe. Alexa's one goal for our clients, is to have the client walk out feeling better than when he or she walked in.
