Classical Reformer work is a thorough and balanced group of exercises. In order to reap the full benefits of Pilates training, the core Reformer repertoire is intended to be practiced regularly in its entirety. Experience the original reformer repertoire in the sequence, phrasing and pace that Carola Trier learned directly from Joseph Pilates. This workshop is physically demanding and geared for experienced teachers.
