At Mind Your Body™ you will find a relaxed atmosphere that is both inviting and instructional. Personal attention is a primary focus; therefore, a beginner should work privately or with a duet partner at a similar level, which can than lead to our group Pilates classes. The Pilates classes are on the apparatus and have a five student maximum! It is more like a semi private. Our client age range is 14-84! GYROKINESIS® is Open Level at Mind Your Body and GYROTONIC® is done privately or with a duet partner.

Our certified instructors are carefully chosen and are dedicated to their work. Their extensive resumes ensure quality teaching of the two methods. Each session focuses on form and technique coupled with the joy of movement — a philosophy that is helping all of our clients achieve their optimal goals.
