Buff Bones® is a medically-endorsed, full body workout for bone strengthening and balance. It integrates Pilates, strength training, functional movement and rehabilitative exercise to improve the health and longevity of your bones and joints. It’s adaptable to varying levels and is safe for those with osteoporosis. Taught by MYB's own Allegra Lopez.

Myofascial release has been proven to be most effective in muscle tone and balance.
New Class: TOWER & ROLL
This class includes deep tissue rolling, Myofascial Release Techniques, and a variety of core challenges. By performing Self-Myofascial Release techniques on a simple foam roller, you can improve flexibility, function, performance, reduce injuries by massaging muscles, improving circulation and training intrinsic muscle groups. Bring an extra challenge to your Pilates Tower/Mat practice with this foam roller class . This class will increase the level of difficulty you normally encounter with your mat practice. Using weights, magic circle and springs along with the roller this will be a challenging class, while allowing you to access deep supportive connections by working with the roller’s dynamic surface. Take your Pilates to a deeper level by challenging your deep intrinsic tissues.

We congratulate Gail for being always on the cutting edge of what is new in Pilates and Fitness. Gail is very excited to have recently become a Balance Body MOTR™ faculty !
MOTR™ (MOre Than A Roller) incorporates a Foam Roller, Barre, Core Integration, Agility, Balance, Arm work, and Plank work!
Being an avid Pilates enthusiast and fitness fanatic, Gail is ecstatic to train students on the MOTR™. She has already implemented the MOTR™ in many private lessons and will design special classes to add to the Mind Your Body class schedule.
She will begin to train other professionals on the MOTR™; so look out for our next MOTR™ training.

Gail is a Heritage Training® Graduate
Gail is a graduate from Heritage Training®, a Pilates Professionals program, taught by Cara Reeser. This program offers a unique opportunity for extensive training in the Kathy Grant work in The Pilates Method through the lens and experience of her long-time student, Cara Reeser.
The education and program is a place to examine the philosophy, vocabulary, techniques and teaching tools passed along to Cara from Kathy and to Kathy from Joseph and Clara – the lineage to which we all belong.
