- Private Lessons: $90.00 for each 1 hour lesson or $850 for 10 lessons
- Duet Lessons: $60.00 for each 1 hour lesson or $550.00 for 10 lessons (4 month expiration)

If you are NEW to Pilates, our Newcomers Private Package is required before taking group apparatus classes.
Group Pilates apparatus classes go from Basic, Open, Intermediate, and Advanced. One should have an understanding of the movement vocabulary and equipment before taking Intermediate or Advanced levels.
Each lesson or class is one hour.
All group Pilates and GYROKINESIS® classes may be scheduled through Sign Up for Classes online.
All private lessons, duets and massages are scheduled by appointment by email or calling the number at the top of the screen.
Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, checks are accepted!
