Note: To avoid being charged for a session you cannot keep, please cancel with at least 24 hours notice. For safety and courtesy to all, no one will be permitted into a group class if more than fifteen (15) minutes late.

Basic Reformer. The reformer workout utilizes the basic Pilates principles and expands on them. It is a total body workout and the intensity increases as the student advances. This basic class teaches body placement, anatomy of the reformer and how to stabilize with the ropes in hands or feet.
Reformer. The reformer workout utilizes the basic Pilates principles and expands on them. It is a total body workout and the intensity increases as the student advances. Though an open level class, it is recommended to have done some private lessons to learn body placement, anatomy of the reformer and how to stabilize with the ropes in hands or feet.
Intermediate Reformer. Reformer class on an intermediate level includes more flow, accuracy and less time in between exercises. Take this class if you are ready to work more vigorously than in an open level class.
Advanced Reformer. A fast flowing Reformer class. One will need proficiency and knowledge of the Reformer to take this class. It moves at a rapid pace and utilizes all of the Reformer principles with flow and precision.
Tower/Mat. The Tower is a modified 'Cadillac,' which Joseph Pilates considered the "cadillac of all equipment". The work on this apparatus teaches your body to learn how to stabilize your core, while moving other parts of your body. You will not only lay down but stand, sit and kneel while working out. Pilates mat and weights may be incorporated.
Intermediate Tower. This class is on the Tower Apparatus with a more intense focus on flow and will assume one knows the basics. This class will move at a quicker pace incorporating more advanced mat exercises and many on the springs.
Pilates Circuit Tower. Alternate between the Tower springs, Chair and/or Core Fitness Roller and you will be stronger in no time! This class alternates between all three, has a fast pace and is for the Intermediate or Advanced student!
Tower and Roll. This class includes deep tissue rolling, Myofascial Release Techniques, and variety of core challenges. By performing Self-Myofascial Release techniques on a simple foam roller, you can improve flexibility, function, performance, reduce injuries by massaging muscles, improving circulation and training intrinsic muscle groups. You’ll access deep supportive connections by working with the roller’s dynamic surface. Take your Pilates to a deeper level by challenging your deep intrinsic tissues. Using weights, magic circle and springs along with the roller this will be a challenging class, while allowing you to access deep supportive connections by working with the roller’s dynamic surface.
SpringTone®. You don’t need anything more than the magic of the Pilates springs to get your heart rate up, your muscles burning and your whole body challenged to the core. SpringTone® is the ideal resistance training class utilizing various weighted springs to strengthen and sculpt you strong. Using timed circuits and cycling through body parts, you’ll heat up, tone up and lean out all while having a blast. Learn more about SpringTone®.
Pilates Spine Corrector. The Pilates Arc is a lightweight piece of equipment which strengthens and tones the abdominals while stretching and strengthening your spine, utilizing either the tower or reformer. For those newer to Pilates, this class will introduce you to the basics. For those more experienced in Pilates technique, the Arc will deepen your core work and enhance your class work!
Natal Pilates. There is much to consider during and after pregnancy. Skeletal shifts & join laxity are just a few! Learn the Do's & Don'ts in this class and stay healthy & fit during and after pregnancy! Taught by a Certified Pre Post Natal Instructor. Refine your Reformer. Refine your Reformer is an exclusive Mind Your Body class. This is a traditional Reformer class designed to refine form, encourage pace and deepen one's control. Imagine getting all of the details and cues needed to take your Pilates practice to a new level of independence and have fun! All levels are welcome, but we are certain you will progress to some of the Pilates exercises you never thought possible.
Pulse Pilates. Though traditional Pilates is said to create a natural rhythm in the body, we know some want to move to the music. Set to music, this Mind Your Body exclusive class will keep you moving and working hard with increased reps and weights while utilizing Pilates principles. This class is designed for intermediate and more advanced clients.
Pilates Barre. Pilates Barre: What could be better than a Pilates class and Barre exercise all in one? The two forms fit so well together, Mind Your Body couldn't resist adding the effective Barre exercises to create a Pilates Barre class. There are more repetitions for the legs, arms and glutes and ankle or hand weights are used to enhance the strengthening aspect. Music keeps you engaged and the goal is to tire certain muscle groups.

Empower Your Tower. Owner, Gail Giovanniello will teach an added monthly class to the schedule. Times will vary. The class can be anything Pilates or fitness! Bring your questions and requests and they will be addressed. Reformer, Tower, MOTRs, SpringTone, Barre and Cardio will be offered.
