Alethea offers a 12 series of KMI (Kinesis Myofascial Integration) based structural integration (SI). SI is a type of connective tissue manipulation, originated from the work of Ida P. Rolf, that investigates and assesses the key components of individual postural patterns. It is designed to realign the body with maximum length, ease and balance. The work is organized into a series of 12 sessions that systematically unfold to address the connective tissue lines from superficial to deep and then to integrate the sleeve and the core into more efficient and easeful movement.
