We have two spaces on Manhattan’s Upper East Side but we operate as one Pilates and GYROTONIC® studio. Mind Your Body is proud to be the first Pilates and GYROTONIC sutido on the upper east side. MYB is a Pilates home to many and we look forward to including you to our community.
