The caring, individualized and professional attention in privates, and well-chosen, variety and timing of excellent 5-person group classes (Tower-Mat Pilates or Reformer Pilates) make for the perfect menu. I feel and hold myself better and have total relief from sciatica. My gait has changed, for the better. I feel grounded, at the same time, erect, as my feet ground down and my spine elongates upward.
