What a sustainable, health enhancing gift, which, in the end, is our #1 wish and concern for one another!

I also love the beautiful balance of the weekend-- from movement to body treatments and eating well to relaxing. The more I learn and experience with my body the more I realize that health is really is about combining all of these things. Gail and I just met and got to discuss how so many people are rightfully turned on to committing to all sides of their health. I work as a nutritionist, fitness instructor and skin care consultant and many people wish that they could get the feeling of going away for a spa or detox weekend without having to leave the city. Unfortunately we aren't always making the time to get away like Gail just did. Many of you still want the experience.

This week I will be running an event and sharing new ideas on how to bring the spa and detox to you - in a Detox Day - this Sunday afternoon (September 13th) in the East Village.

Attendees will get to experience self care with products and self-massage, healthy recipes (and tastings) and learn about simple detoxifying foods and drinks. This afternoon will rejuvenate on it's own, but will also give people a 3 day detox plan and a bag of products, shopping lists and supplements that they can use to take on the detox challenge the next day or next weekend!

Gail and I believe that there are many of you looking for something like this, and you totally deserve it.

You can find a bit more info here: www.moourl.com/detox_day

Three cheers to taking care of yourself and loving it.
