I recently added Yoga to my weekly schedule.  Stress was overwhelming me and now I find myself becoming more aware of it and know that it is time to spend time on myself and practice Yoga.  As stated above, it does not need to be about which style of class is better... Yoga or Pilates;  both work the body differently and one becomes better and healthier through each practice. I especially see this as I work at one of NYC&#039;s busiest &lt;a href=&quot;http://mindyourbodyfitness.com&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Pilates studios&lt;/a&gt;;  I see clients come in and get so excited about how their bodies feel after just one class and maintain a healthy glow days after the class.
