As a Pilates enthusiast for the past five years, I did not think that I would find any other form of exercise that I would enjoy as much as Pilates.  Out of curiosity, I decided to try Gyro...I figured I would try it for three sessions, and go back to my regular Pilates routine.  To my surprise, I loved the gyro sessions-and I noticed results immediately!  I would not believe that it was possible, except that I started doing forearm stands and handstands in yoga within two weeks of starting gyro...my stength and flexability increased exponentially in a very short period of time.  So, long story short, I love gyro-who wouldn't like fast results?  Thanks Gail, for teaching me the ropes!
